The color is brown, with less astringency and bitterness, and lower in caffeine.

UNICROSS’s Wholefood Organic Matcha series  is made from organically grown tea leaves that are finely ground, together with their veins, using a unique pulverization technology to produce an ultra-fine powder.

The veins are like "blood vessels" that transport nutrients throughout the entire leaf.

They contain:

• Approximately 40% dietary fiber
• Several times more nutrients like minerals than the leaf itself.
