Shipping Fees
We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 for orders under $100 within the United States.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Origin
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Los Angeles, California, by Phenimax LLC.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed during business hours.
• We also process and ship orders on weekends.
• Orders are not shipped on U.S. holidays.

If an order is placed outside business hours, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible during our next shipping window.

Shipping Method
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times within the United States generally range from 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, weather, and peak shipping periods.

Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Phenimax is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.
