  • Phenimax / Unicross products: from 12 units

We also source matcha tailored to your exact requirements
(grade, origin, flavor profile, price).

Shipping

For customers in the United States:

  • Ships from Los Angeles (Phenimax LLC)
  • Free shipping
  • No import duties

For customers outside the United States:

  • Ships from Fukuoka, Japan (Phenimax Japan)
  • Shipping charged at actual cost only
  • We handle all export procedures

Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tea prices fluctuate daily.
  • Processing factories are currently experiencing lead times of several months.

However—
Because of our direct farmer network,
we receive daily updates on:

  • Available inventory
  • Current market pricing

Occasionally, we can offer spot matcha lots at very competitive prices
for immediate shipment.

If we are able to secure tea that meets your target price and requirements,
we will contact you within one week.

If you do not hear from us within one week,
it means we are currently unable to source tea that meets your conditions.
