Why This Warning Appears
All of our teas are made using 100% organically grown tea leaves, sourced from mountain farms located deep in various regions of Japan.
Phenimax’s tea fields are situated in remote mountainous areas throughout Japan, and many of these fields are small plots on steep slopes high in the mountains.
About Testing
More than 900 substances are listed under California Proposition 65.
It is not realistically possible to test for every one of these listed substances, in every individual tea field and for every production lot.
For this reason, we display a Proposition 65 warning on this website.
