At the foothills of Mt. Fuji, where pure mountain air and clear spring water nourish the land, the rare Harumidori cultivar is cultivated with care. Hand-picked and traditionally crafted as Temomicha (Hand-rolled Japanese Tea), Fuji Itteki embodies the meeting of nature and craftsmanship.

Each cup of Temomicha reveals a layered harmony of umami, gentle sweetness, and refined depth. A light touch of astringency adds balance, while the smooth finish lingers with a clean, sweet impression that invites you to savor it again and again

The 2025 Harvest

The 2025 season required extraordinary dedication. Severe droughts worldwide also reached our fields in Shizuoka, placing new demands on both soil and cultivation. To preserve the integrity of Harumidori, Phenimax applied precise irrigation to aid the breakdown of organic fertilizers and support nutrient absorption. Each tree was hand-pruned to encourage strong, even budding.

Every step was taken with a single purpose: to elevate the quality of every leaf.

The result is Fuji Itteki—a tea shaped by patience, precision, and the natural purity of Mt. Fuji. It offers both technical excellence and a refined sensory experience with every infusion.

Why mention "Altitude"?

Just like wine and coffee, the flavor of green tea is greatly influenced by elevation.
At altitudes below 200 meters, tea plants grow too quickly, often resulting in a flat and less refined taste.

At Phenimax, we carefully select only organic tea leaves grown above 200 meters, where the cool mountain air and day-night temperature variations nurture depth, aroma, and natural sweetness.
Experience the unique character of the land and the complex flavor of truly elevated tea in every sip.

Tasting Notes

Rich in umami and sweetness, Fuji Itteki carries a smooth body and an elegant balance of flavors. Subtle milky notes rise from the leaves during brewing, adding refinement to the cup. Its clean, lingering finish makes it a rare and memorable expression of Harumidori.
