- Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Japan time), excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays.
- Processing Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delays: While we strive for prompt processing, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we handle your order with the utmost care.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and typically range from 1 to 5 weeks after dispatch.
Please note that unforeseen factors, such as customs clearance or adverse weather conditions, may occasionally impact delivery schedules.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s official website.
Currently, we use Sagawa Global Post, Yamato Transport, DHL, or UPS for all shipments.
Shipping Restrictions:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
