2025 Harvest— Availability & Delivery
Due to exceptionally low yields, offered only as fresh tea this year. No aged reserve will be produced from this harvest.

手揉み茶：日本茶の99.99％は
収穫後機械で加工されます。
一方、手揉み茶は人の手によって約８時間、合計８つの工程を経て完成する「手作り」のお茶です。
現代では、手揉み茶を作る事の出来る職人は非常に少なく、国が認定する「日本の伝統技能」の一つとなっています。
日本でも市場にはまず出てこない希少なお茶です。
