Our tea master, Hitomi, joined us because she shares this philosophy.

When asked,

she answered without hesitation:

Our founder felt the same sense of wonder when he first tasted hand-rolled tea crafted by Toshihiro Hirayanagi, a master of this centuries-old tradition.

His first thought was simply:

That moment became our mission.

Together with Akihiko Hirayanagi, researchers at Japanese universities, and dedicated tea farmers, we spent years exploring that possibility.
